Psychoportation (Nomad)

A Nomad receives the following abilities:

  • Portation specialist (Ex): A nomad has a powerful talent for using psionic powers of its discipline making resisting their abilities more difficult for their enemies. They gain a +2 DC bonus to discipline powers.
  • Dimensional Steps (Sp): A nomad can essentially teleport at will up to 30' per level per day as a standard action. This teleportation must be used in 5-foot increments and such movement does not provoke an attacks of opportunity. You can bring other willing creatures with you, but you must expend an equal amount of distance for each additional creature brought with you. A 5th level nomad can teleport a total of 150' per day, but can only teleport up to 30' at any time. The teleportation must be in line of site and can not be through doors or walls.
Nomad Discipline Powers
Discipline Powers of the Nomad do not require additional power points to boost the strength of the power. These powers are used at current nomad level.

Nomad Level Abilities
  • Dimensional Distortion (Ex): At 2nd level, a nomad can create a field of distortion around himself that moves it out of sync and is considered blurred as  the blur spell. 
  • Dimensional Supplication (Ex): At 6th level, a nomad can create a field of distortion around himself that moves it out of sync and is considered hasted as the haste spell. 
  • Dimensional Maneuver (Ex): At 12th level, a nomad has the ability to create a field of distortion around himself so that normal effects no longer apply. When active this field allows the nomad to walk on any surface as if it was solid. It also allows the nomad to walk on walls and through magical and non magical barriers such as through fire without taking damage. 
  • Dimensional Distortion, Mass (Ex): At 18th level, a nomad can create a field of distortion in a 30' radius. Everything within this field moves just a bit out of sync and is considered slowed. Any targets in the area may make a will save (DC10+nomad level+Int mod). Once a target moves out of the affected area they no longer are slowed. 
Class Skills: Acrobatics, Climb, Ride, Survival, and Swim. 
Bonus Feats: Athletic, Dodge, Fleet, Lightning Reflexes, and Nimble Moves. 

*Skate (Ex): As a standard action, you can float up to 1 foot above a flat surface of any solid or liquid. You can take normal actions and can move at your normal speed, but cannot charge or run and take normal falling damage. This lasts a number of rounds equal to your psion level.
