Changlings

Racial Traits

Humanoid (shapechanger)

+2 to one ability score: Changelings gain a +2 bonus to one ability score chosen at creation, to represent their varied nature.

Medium: Changelings are Medium creatures and have no bonuses or penalties due to their size.

Normal Speed: Changelings have a base speed of 30 feet.

Minor Change Shape (Su): A changeling may change his appearance as a full-round action. This functions as the disguise self spell, except that it is a transmutation effect which affects the changeling's body but not his possessions, and lasts until he changes his appearance again or dies. As part of using this ability, a changeling may change the ability score to which he receives a racial bonus.

Deceptive: A changeling gains a +2 bonus to Bluff, Intimidate, Linguistics and Sense Motive checks.

Slippery: A changeling gains a +2 bonus on saves against sleep and charm effects.

Favored Class Bonuses

Alchemist Whenever you ingest a mutagen or cognatogen, reduce the penalties to ability scores by -1/5 (minimum 0).

Barbarian Add a +1/2 bonus on Intimidate checks and Bluff checks made to feint in combat.

Bard Add a +1/2 bonus on Disguise checks and Diplomacy checks to change a creature's attitude.

Rogue Add a +1/2 bonus on Stealth checks and Intimidate checks to change a creature's attitude, Gather information, Sense Motive, Bluff, Diplomacy, +1/ 3 knowledge 

Psion +1 manifested level on any psycometabilsm power used on self;  Reshape psicrystal's personality as a full round action, gain new benefit while loosing the old; Adds chameleon, hustle, metamorphosis and thick skin to list of powers

Wizard +1 spell level on any transmutation spell used on self; Transmute familiar to another animal as a full round action, gain new benefit while loosing the old; Gain a second save on transmutation spell/ spell like ability targeted on wizard. 

Warlock  A changeling warlock gives up his ability to detect magic in favor of learning the ways of his doppelganger ancestors. A changeling warlock instead can Detect Thoughts as the spell continuously. The warlock can suppress or resume this ability as a free action. The DC to negate this effect is equal to 10+ HD + the warlock's charisma Modifier.

Racial Feats

Mutable Anatomy  gain the ability to morph body in such a way as to be less vulnerable to telling blows.  Gains a 25% chance that any critical hit or sneak attack against you is instead treated as a normal blow. This benefit does not stack with other abilities that negate criticals or sneak attacks such as the fortification enchantment. The negation chance is instead rolled seperately for each factor. This feat can be taken 2 additional times.  Each time the feat is taken the % increases by 25%.
