Maeluth

Maeluths are planetouched descended from dwarves and devils. Maeluths look like sturdy dwarves with fiendish features that hint at their devil-tainted ancestry. Common maeluth features include black pupilless eyes, fanged teeth, strangely elongated fingers and a dull grayish skin tone.  
Although similar in many ways to their dwarf ancestors, maeluths are more adept at social interaction because of their fiendish blood. They often use their innate social skills to attain powerful positions within society. Maeluths speak Common, Dwarven, and Abyssal.

Maeluth Base Racial Features
All of the following are base racial abilities for the maeluth.

Ability Score Adjustments: +2 Constitution, +2 Strength, +2 Charisma, -2 Dexterity.

Outsider Type: Maeluth are native outsiders, so they are vulnerable to spells and effects that work on creatures of the outsider type but immune to effects that target other types. For example, a maeluth would be subject to the extra damage from an outsider bane sword but immune to hold person, since that spell affects only humanoids.

Size: Maeluth are Medium size.

Speed: Maeluth base land speed is 20 feet.

Darkvision (Ex): A maeluth have darkvision to a 60-foot range.

Favored Enemy (Ex): a maeluth selects a creature type from the favored enemies table. He gains a +2 bonus on Bluff, Knowledge, Perception, Sense Motive checks against creatures of his selected type. Likewise, he gets a +2 bonus on weapon attack and damage rolls against them. A maeluth may make Knowledge skill checks untrained when attempting to identify these creatures.

Skill Bonuses: A maeluth has a +4 racial bonus on bluff and intimidate checks.

+2 racial bonus on saves against spells and spell-like abilities

+2 racial bonus on Fortitude saves against all poisons

+4 dodge bonus against giants. 

stonecutting (Ex): +2 racial bonus on checks to notice unusual stonework ; can make a check for unusual stonework as though actively searching when within 10 feet and can use the Search skill to find stonework traps as a rogue can; intuit depth), and a +2 racial bonus on Appraise checks and Craft or Profession checks related to stone or metal.

Automatic Languages: Common, Abyssal. Bonus Languages: Draconic, Dwarven, Elven, Gnome, Goblin, Halfling, Orc, Abyssal

The Maeluth Racial Class

Maeluth Racial Class Features
All of the following are class features of the maeluth racial class.

Fiend Hammer (Su): Once per day/ 3 HD, maeluth can grant a melee weapon the unholy special ability. This effect lasts for 1 minute.

Darkness (Sp): At 1st level, the maeluth may use darkness (caster level equals maeluth's character level) once per day plus 1 every 3HD. At 20HD at will. 

Energy Resistances (Ex):  Receive energy resistance 5 to fire, cold and electricity.  At 10HD the may gain one additional resistance increases by +5, at 15HD gain an additional increase in one resistance by +5, and at 20HD gain a final increase in one resistance by +5
